What we collect
When you request early access we collect the email address you give us. When you use the contact form we collect your name, firm, email address, practice size and the message you write. We do not ask for client data through this website.
How we use it
To reply to you, and to tell you when TaxClever opens. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to an automated marketing sequence.
Where it is stored
On Canadian infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, under Canadian jurisdiction. This is the same commitment that governs the products themselves.
Who else sees it
Only the people at TaxClever who need it to answer you, and the service providers required to operate the site. Each is bound to protect it and may not use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
Early-access addresses until you ask us to remove them or the programme closes. Contact messages for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email is enough, and we do not require a form.
